DWS Xtrackers launched a climate-focused equity ETF earlier this month. It was the largest US ETF launch ever and the largest ever climate investing ETF launch Xtrackers MSCI USA Climate Action Equity ETF is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. ARCA, under the ticker USCA.

DWS partnered with Ilmarinen Finland's largest private earnings-related pension insurance company to launch the fund.  Ilmarinen invested approximately 2 billion USD into the fund on its listing day. The investment is part of the company's efforts to have a carbon-neutral investment portfolio by the end of 2035. The fund will track MSCI USA Climate Action Index, which comprises large and mid-cap companies in the United States, assessed to be climate-conscientious sector leaders based on their emissions intensity, emissions reduction commitments, climate risk management, and revenue from greener businesses.
