SpaceTech SPAC Deals Hit Record

Seraphim Capital calls it a "watershed moment" and thinks the growth will continue. According to the release, more than $7 billon worth of equity funding has already been allocated to 11 SPAC deals scheduled for 2021.
Jobs Data Disappoints
The unemployment rate just notched up to 6.1% and the U.S. only added 266,000 jobs in April, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The consensus estimate was that the US would add 1 million jobs in April, so the report was a huge miss for economists.
